I had full intentions on using this product as listed but I've failed. My busy lifestyle has me remembering to take it once a day. So far I've noticed a little difference in my skin but not so much in my weight. On the weight side of it I have noticed that I have stayed the same, but with the Christmas holiday I haven't gained anything (that was a plus). Like I said I haven't stuck with the three x's daily, so that's my fault. I've went to two Christmas dinners last week and I haven't gained a pound so that's why I thinks is doing it's job. I did notice that the pills are a little hard to swallow, when it says: "take with a full glass of water", they aren't kidding. I also noticed that during the day I'm fine after taking the supplement but one day, like an idiot, I took it right before bed and couldn't sleep. Word to the wise: IF YOUR EFFECTED BY CAFFINE, DON'T TAKE IT BEFORE BED!!! I think that there was just enough pick me up in it and that's why I couldn't sleep. DON'T GET ME WRONG, THIS SUPPLEMENT DID NOT GIVE ME THE JITTERS. Other than all of this, I'm going to try really hard to stick to the three x's daily and see what happens.

These are super Ab Straps. They are huge unlike what any pictures I've can reveal. They are most certainly wide enough to give full comfortable support to the upper arms and the inside has a nice soft material which is great against the skin as well as ample padding. The clip on mechanism makes hanging these from your chin up bar ridiculously easy and they are professional grade HEAVY Duty. I will have these long after I am dead, no problem. Travels well

The length makes these wraps versitile but they do wear out. The velcro shreds the cotton within the first couple of uses but they still work.

I have used this skin line for over 1 year with wonderful results. I did stop for 1-2 months when the price increased but quickly realized that was a HUGE mistake!! I went back to this product line and will stay with it. It does what it says it does.

I finally found a skin care line that works. I have tried many products but Janson Beckett is tops!

I have been doing yoga for the past 5 years and this is by far the most comfortable pair of yoga pants I've owned. It allows me to stretch comfortably during my exercises. The material does not get in my way and I'm often not aware of it at all.
